When Ribena changed its formulation to circumvent the Sugar Tax, it was inevitable that complaints would arise. People love Ribena.
We were tasked with helping to write responses for Ribena's consumer care team and creating a video that would be featured on the Ribena website, to which people could be directed. The message I came up with for the video was simple - Ribena has changed over the years, but it is still the same Ribena.
We wrote the script and oversaw the art direction, while Big Buoy Productions handled the editing. Sniffy Dog Music composed the tune while the awesome Gemma Whelan of Game of Thrones and Horrible Histories fame kindly provided the voiceover.
